Extra weight affects hormones even if it hasn’t done so enough to show up in your cycle. Too little weight is the same. And the range is likely a bit different for each individual. It may be difficult to determine if your weight is an issue, but certainly being healthier won’t hurt.
Sometimes different types of exercise or different foods (rather than drastic calorie cuts), or intermittent fasting can shake up metabolism. I’m sure u know ur body, but may be helpful to talk to someone for ideas. Starvation certainly isn’t ideal. And neither is making yourself crazy. And even if you don’t lose everything you may think you want to lose, a little can make a difference.
