We had sex the first time we were alone- which was about 2 weeks after we met. We were with other classmates on international travel and they were total cockblockers until we literally were alone.

I know someone who had sex the first night and he proposed the next day. They got married a few weeks later.

Now they have three kids, own two businesses, travel the world together, and are very happy.

Not first place time we met, but first date.

This is weird to me...none of my friends, relatives, co workers have ever discussed when the first time they had sex w their spouse was so a) how do you know this info and b) how do so many other people know this info such that the women in the couples can be judged harshly?

yep. met at a bar and went home with him. 10 years together so far, still very happy

Does first week count? Happily married 20 years.

Sorry, I should’ve said first day we met in person. We met online (but not a dating app) so we had never met in person before that.

Dh And I had a text/IM relationship for months before we actually met in person.

First date but not first day given it would have been in a conference room at work where we met and that would not have been a good idea.

My BF and her husband. They met on a flight home and spent that night together and have never spent a night apart in 15 or so years.

I bet more than you know! That’s a very sweet story. Sometimes the right people meet at the right time!

I’ve always wondered if there were more couples like us.

DH and I (he was 36 and I was 28) met at a wedding and ended up talking all night. We made love as the sun rose. We were an immediate couple for a year before we got married and have been very happily married for nearly 14 years.
