Never worried about spacing them out. Nor did I receive any instructions to do so. Mostly took them at the same time.

Ask a pharmacist. They know this.

I take my levo first thing in the morning (usually around 6am) and when I was using progesterone I usually inserted the first one around 9am, so I inadvertently spaced them out. I was not instructed to do it one way or the other though.

I've taken both and never spaced them out. One is oral and the other is a suppository - not sure how they'd cause a problem.

For those taking progesterone suppositories and thyroid medication, did you take them at the same time or space them out? And if spacing, how much?

My RE never mentioned to me that I should space them out, but some articles online said to space them out.
