Agree this is potentially hyperthyroid. Other symptoms: dry eyes, weight loss, ianxiety, insomnia, high heart rate, increased sweating, muscle weakness.

Changing eyes is classic thyroid issue. Google "Graves Disease."

It slimmed out in my mid-20s. I have had a few friends that were similar. I was even called “chipmunk cheeks” endearingly.

I had cheekbones emerge in my late 20s/early 30s. Plus side, at 50 I look really young for my age.

I think hormones had a lot to do with it.

Oh and if I gain a little weight- to this day it shows up in my face first.

Only have boys... First face got rounder, second and third got more angular. Eyes... didn’t notice. Maybe lighter for my third (chocolate brown to more amber).

Has she gained weight? That could account for face change.

My older DD’s face became much more angular during her early to late teens.

My 15yo daughter's face shape and eyes changed significantly during the past year. Her face got wider and more round, and her eyes are much larger and rounder. Several people have commented on it.

Is this common? I've noticed that most girls' faces tend to get more angular and longer.
