Young child - maybe a rough night? We've all been there. I'm not going to criticize her for any of that.
Her policies, poor leadership, and lack of transparency are all fair game.
I forgot she had a baby!

She normally speaks with a slight drawl, I guess kind of a DC drawl--Brandon Todd's manner of speaking is similar (and I'm black and from the South and have a serious drawl myself! But hers is different).

She seems tired, but otherwise normal.
