The Corradi stuff looks nice but I get the impression that all of their products are pretty spendy. You might want to get some quotes from other awning purveyors.

Has anyone installed retractable awning at your home recently? We are building a new home and our builder quoted us $9,000 for 15’x8’ retractable awning on the terrace. It seems to be a lot more expensive than we thought. If you installed one, how much does it cost and what size?
