What type of private training or individual training is most useful for your DC? Are there certain types of drills that is most useful or effective? I know this is a loaded question but I’m looking for recommendations for around 6 most effective skills to master for my U13 DD.

It’s not the quantity of weekly practices but the quality of practices that is important. Hence, is she typically exhausted after practices or training?

Seems way too much to me, I would be concerned about injuries and burnout.
3 practices and one game a week is enough at this age, and she can do some technical drills on the side if she chooses to (not because her soccer-crazy parent thinks it is essential).
Devoting more time to other (academic, social, cultural) activities would make more sense to me.

OP here. The reason for us pulling in private training is because she's not tired after team practices. Her typical practice is maybe 20 minutes ball drills and the remaining practice consist of small sided scrimmages. Her private training consists of speed and agility, shooting and ball drills. I have a feeling she's getting more out of the personal trainers then practices.
I’m the PP.
Based upon what you said, it doesn’t sound too much.
I agree with private training. My DD has very good foot skills from her private practices as well. I don’t believe any team practices that focused that much on ball skills, etc. as the coach expects players to practice this during their personal time.
