Yes. It is this. Central office staff are in an uproar about this. They do not want to do this. They are being forced.
Oh good, I'm sure an angry Central Office staffer who is being forced to be in a room with my child every day will provide just the sort of caring, consistent environment she needs after seven months of shifting plans and schedules. I'm sure that will help resolve the severe school anxiety she has started displaying, as well as the fear of all people who are not members of our immediate family.
