Taking a quiet walk alone
Curling up on the couch with my fuzzy blanket and a good book
Working on my cross-stitch projects while listening to a podcast or some music
Reading a story to my kid and then snuggling up with her while she falls asleep.

I feel happier all day if I take a morning walk, but the walk does not necessarily make me happy.

Pretty much everything the PPs have listed make me happy. Also, right now during covid, I'm really happy when I can find a good series to stream that has many seasons.

Helping other people
Being heathy
Having close friends
Having a comfortable sanctuary home
Being respected in business and personal life
My children learning and growing up to be good people
Not that I have all these things......
