Kind of a troll post, because people fund ads that benefit them, by way either higher tax revenue (Question A/B) or preserving the heavy Silver Spring influence on the council (Question C/D). You can just click on the ads to find the people behind them. The county council/exec made it clear they put Questions A and C on there as poison pills to counter B and D. It's quite sneaky how they made them A and C even though they were added later since people tend to vote for the first choice if they are not knowledgeable on the issue.

If a republican is against it, I’m for it. I have no idea what it’s even about, but I’m going to vote for it.

I mean you've got Republicans for it and against it, so you might have to learn what it's about to make a decision.

Unless you are a troll...

A very MODERATE republican is against it, and the Democratic Party is against it. The Trump Republicans are for it.

Lol Isiah Leggett. I would do the exact opposite of what he recommends, he had a big part of putting Moco in its current terrible economic position.

Did you not notice that, among others, he’s joined by Connie Morelia and David Blair?
Even most Republicans view Robin Ficker as non-mainstream (the kindest way I could think to put that).

Ah the same argument you've posted on the other threads about this issue. Boring.

Post 10/16/2020 08:23     Subject: Who is funding MoCo Ballot Question Ads?

Every time I turn on my computer, I am seeing ads about the Montgomery County ballot measures. Who cares enough about Questions A and B to fund these? Is it unions?
