I have an appointment but it’s not for 3 weeks.

I guess I thought other parents maybe experienced the same thing from lifting their kids?? But maybe not since my child is so large.

Op here. I don’t think this is what it is. The cramps are more on the side of my trunk, not near my chest at all.

Op here. Yeah he’s huge. He is getting close to being 2, but he’s always been huge. DH and I are both very tall and heavy people.

Like I’m talking my entire core, especially my side muscles will light up and then when I try to stretch it out the cramp moves to the other side of my body. It’s crazy painful and I oftentimes can’t get it to settle down and end up just contorting myself, making it worse. This happens multiple times a day.

I have a massive 1 yo (35 lbs) and I think it’s from lifting him.

Does anyone else get this? Do I need to strengthen my core or something?
