I would order dinner, talk about what trip you'd like to take in a year or two, and go to bed early.

We would’ve taken a trip alone, but that’s out of the question now. Not sure if it’s worth taking one with the whole family. Just seems like too much tiring prep and being careful to really enjoy ourselves.
I was thinking one of those online, “drink along” wine tastings from a restaurant in the area might be fun, but it’s probably right around bed time (8pm). Is the best we can do really good take out and a nice bottle? If so, any ideas for a really good gift? Probably shouldn’t spend over $500.
