If you have a lot of crazy/angry we found taking 400 mg of magnesium glycinate late afternoon really helps.

The Alzheimer's Fdn has many good resources on their website.

They also have a support phone line staffed by very well trained social workers who can answer your questions/offer solid support, at not cost. A few words from them really helped me understand what was happening and feel much better.

I swear dealing with my Mom is like being in 3 different, but very similar, versions of Groundhog Day. And instead of waking up every morning and restarting the same day, it feels like at random times, the version just switches. So we wake up in Crazy Angry Groundhog Day, but 30 mins later we are in Normal Groundhog Day, then an hour later we are in Sleepy-helpless Groundhog Day. You just never know what movie you are in. It's exhausting!
