I've been watching many videos on starting my planting indoors with grow lights and all that, so will definitely start indoors this winter, along with trying to make cold frames or some other protection for my veggies that are still outside. I will look at the Grow Tents. Thanks!

I've been going crazy with planning and buying seeds. Based on what I've bought so far, I may need to build a few more raised beds . Never thought about oiling my tools. I didn't have much surplus, as I ate it all as I was harvesting. I did have an abundance of cucumbers and okra that I pickled, but most of that has already been eaten. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Start planning and buying seeds. Consider perennials. Oil your wooden garden tools. Have you canned your surplus?

Pulling up last of the tomato plants this weekend, pruning back pepper plants to try and over winter outside, have 2 that I will bring indoors, amend soil where tomatoes and peppers were, and going to plant garlic. I've planted all my Fall/Winter seeds/plants (Collards, cabbage, kale, turnips, lettuce, radish, etc etc). So other than tending to all these seedlings, what can I do? Is there anything that I can start indoors now or should I wait until late winter/early spring? This is my 1st year of doing any gardening after summer, so I'm excited to make this a continuous process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
