I also upped her lunch by a bit. My husband thinks it's b/c she had Mac and cheese (carbs). But she slept until 740. She even slept through the garbage trucks. It's so weird....

Some work days I only saw my kid for an hour in the evening. It’s more important she got good sleep though so regardless of whether it’s a work day or not bedtime is always the same.

Anonymous wrote:Push the bedtime to 7:30 or earlier. Yes it sucks since you get home later. Its a phase and will pass. I have a 1 year old and her bedtime is 6:30. Shes asleep by 7 and wakes at 6-6:30. Older kid was the same.
