This. The first few weeks at Deal, you’ll be given a way to create an Aspen account as a parent, which will show you the aspen account info for both of your kids. By the same token, each of your children will have their own login information to see only theor grade and other information.

You should definitely already have access. Email again but include the principal. The principal can do this for you for sure.
But check your spam folder for the email to get the account going.
Also separately email (maybe 1 at a time and after you haven't heard back) the school counselor, attendance counselor and/or any assistant principals. All of these people have access to and can get your account started.

You could always send a reminder email. People are human...also, try searching your emails for an email from Aspen parent portal

Find a help desk number. The registrar kept push back on resetting. My kid called help desk number and they reset.

Is anyone else still waiting on ASPEN access for a 6th grader in DCPS? I am trying to find out if this is just my child's school or more widespread. (or any new secondary student in DCPS)
