4AM. It sucks but I have to get work started before the kids wake up at 7.

7-8am, no alarm.

Without having to pack lunch or commute, all of us can sleep in much longer. Of course, we then have to run around and get fed and jump on our relevant devices, but seems worth it.

I'm not really sure the morning person v. night owl tendency can be changed, tough. People seem to be naturally one or the other.

Yeah, I'm a night owl and usually don't get up til 8:30 or 9 am since I've been remote working (which I was already doing before the pandemic). Our toddler is like me and will sleep til 11 on the weekends if given the chance; during the week, she gets up at 9 am when the nanny comes. DH on the other hand is an early bird and gets up around 6 or 7 am on his own. So he gets quiet time in the morning and I get it in the late evening, which works for us. I sort of envy early birds, though. The times I've been up for sunrise have been so nice - and the world tends to view early birds with a kinder eye.

On work days ( out of the home) I get up at 5 and am out the door by 530. On non work days I get up at 7. DD gats up between 7/730. If she wakes up earlier she stays in her room til 7. She is 8

How did you train them!?! Mine want to be out and playing at 6am. It's rough. Thanks for any wisdom.

8:00 for me as well. I would much rather stay up late than wake up early.

6:45. I want to be up by 6, but my husband gets up earlier to help with DS. The best thing about working from home is being able to work out during my lunch hour which will make more sense when it's dark and cold in the morning in the winter. I like to run outside as long as possible before being confined to only the peleton.

7:30. I need a lot of sleep, and my husband is an early bird who is fine handling the mornings. I get up and start work immediately, more or less, and work out during my lunch break.

Pre-covid days, I remember how shocked I was seeing the number of people at our local YMCA at 5:30 in the morning. It was my first time there that early and I thought I'd be the only one there, but it was PACKED. I'm still incredulous.

6:00. I have more time now that I am remote, but I would have to do 5:30 to workout.

7:00. I should wake up earlier, but i have a really hard time waking up. my kid is in school, so i wake up, grab a cup of coffee/finish putting lunch together, wake him up. leave here at 740 to drop him off. I'm back home by 8 and am working between 8:30/9:00. i usually break for an hour sometime during the day and work out.

I wake up at 5am. I don’t work out (though I should) and I start working by 6am. I have two ES kids and a fairly intense job. I am also a single parent. I work on and off all day until 8pm. I go to bed at 9pm. It sucks. I find time to work out at lunch but I’m lucky because I’m able to leave the kids alone for about 45mins.

I am trying to become a morning person. I work from home a mid-intense job and DH works a very intense job (from home right now too). I used to sleep until the kids woke up (7ish) but lately I am trying to wake up early (5:30-6am) to get my workout in and get breakfast made before the kids are up. What time do you wake up?
