He can barely keep his eyes open, his cadence is off and he slurs a little at times. Something is definitely off.

Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone in his family cares what’s going on with him. They are all about utilitarian value - if they can’t use you for their own purposes, you have no value and they don’t care.

This will sound weird, but I usually cannot tolerate Jr’s voice, but he sounds sooooo unlike himself in this clip. It is absolutely incredible that someone thought this video was OK to release (not even referring to the bat poop crazy message).

I agree that he looks and sounds under the influence of several intoxicants.
