Many Clubs share info on how the players should approach recruiting

A lot of clubs share info, but they don't really help. The player and family has to do 90% of the legwork.

We found using a service useful to have a place to post video and to consolidate communication with coaches. Whether you want to use a service for that or do the legwork yourself really depends on what your family wants to spend versus the time you want to put in.

If you mean NCSA, it can be a useful tool. It doesn't really do anything that cannot be done with hard work, however the value is in the packaging of all the information and tools your playing will need to do it efficiently. It's value to you will depend on how good your player is with organization and sticking to the task at hand. NCSA definitely helps them organize the process, and can definitely lighten the load, and also provide some resources that will require parent input otherwise.
