I hyphenated my name when I got married and regret it. Wish I'd either outright taken my husband's name or just kept mine. My maiden name's last 2 letters are the same as the first two letters of my husband's name so when airlines and others squish the two names together, it looks like a bunch of the same letters repeating like someone made a typo. The agents' faces when they try to read it are priceless.
