Orange Theory. I didn’t get it. The room is dark and windowless. I’d rather run outdoors and do strength at home.

This. Oh This.

I personally do not enjoy Spinning and I hate the mind think of Orange Theory. But my dislike for them pales in my contempt for Barre.

Barre. It's too overly marketed towards insecure women and is overhyped as an actual strength workout.

Dance Trance. Terrible workout and damn near impossible to follow.

I don't think I've ever been to a class I've really disliked. I always feel a bit foolish in a dance fitness class, because I'm terribly ungraceful and have no rhythm, but it's still fun jumping around to upbeat music.

Barre -- room too small.. moves are only challenging because you do 2000 of the exact same thing. Waste of time

Spinning, orange theory, that core place— any place where the ‘coaches’ are screaming nonstop into a mic

Spinning. SO, so boring.

Hated them all. Too uncoordinated for the moves—aerobic or strength. I prefer running on my own outside or on treadmill. Ever since COVID-19, however, I got the Peleton app and now I love all the classes. I think it’s because I can move at my own pace, rewind if I miss a move, don’t have to be self-conscious, don’t have to go anywhere, like the privacy of my home.

Orange theory. Hated the screens and splat and all that.

Barre. Never felt like a good use of time

Barre. It is dumb. Nothing about it is good for your body. (It’s not bad for your b tia a waste of time) it’s nothing like dance training but somehow tries to market itself as such.

If you mean in the before times I dislike Zumba because it’s not a good work out. No big moves. Lots of small technical moves that are challenging but nowhere near as challenging as old school aerobics.

I've heard all the great things about Soulcycle, Orange Theory, barre, and the rest of them, so I wanted to flip it -- which workout classes do you like dislike, and what do you dislike about them?
