? You don't know what my medical issues are
Why the antagonism? If you have medical issues, why not see a doctor?
No need to get so defensive. I'm trying to be helpful.
I didn't think that was antagonistic but I suspected you were trying to get a rise out of me and this response certainly confirmed it. You're not trying to be helpful. You made a recommendation that implied knowledge but was based in none. I know its not particularly useful to engage with trolls on DCUM but they really do annoy me.

What? I'm 100000% not. Where are you getting that from?
If someone has a medical issue, it's not being a troll to suggest they see a doctor.
Have a nice day.
NP. I agree. OP if you have medical issues, I would at least engage a nutritionist. I have lost over 100lbs (127) to be exact, and I have a tone of sagging skin. It started around the 50lbs. You said you had medical issues that made it difficult to loose weight. So how can we advise you if we don’t know your medical issues? But your doctor would.

I got up to 190 with one of my pregnancies, a 70 lb gain. Lost it all and then some within 2 years and no skin issues. It surprised me, given that I was mid to late 30s.
I was willing to stop trying when I got down to 140 because it first appeared like my stomach skin would sag. But, I kept going anyway and by the time I was 120 everything was taught. I had the body of a fit 20 year old, no joke.
Good luck!
