I'm trying to make an appointment for my husband with the urologist at Shady Grove, any advice on how to do this? I've called three times and when I finally reached a receptionist they told me their system was down and to call back later? We have Kaiser so Shady is the only option in network.

I'm trying to get my records from SGF and it's been 3 weeks, I just called for the 4th time and now they say it takes 45 days??? Why
