Not NCSLs responsibility to police half ass clubs that cant manage their own programs. ABGC has been a train wreck since my kid played their as a U9/U10. Got out of there and never looked back. Found out what a real club is only when we left and saw the grass is truly greener on the other side of the fence.
Do yourself a favor and move away from them. You'll be glad you did and your kid will be better off

They had teams belatedly withdraw from the league in a number of age groups - not sure if it was because the teams didn't have enough players or something else.
