we wash and dry our kids masks (old navy brand, mostly) in the machine and they've held up well.

Just trying to have them keep their shape, which the dryer does not help with. I wash in the machine in a bag, but I do hang dry. Not a huge deal.

I’m not had washing, but I would never use regular Tide or anything else with a heavy fragrance.

I wash mine in the sink with soap and hang them over the sink nozzle to dry overnight.

I wash them all like 1-2 mins or less soaking them in soapy water, rubbing them gently with hand in bathroom sick and then rinse them off, try to hand squeeze most of the water out before air dry them. Maybe I should not use bathroom sink.

No dryer because it degrades the fabric (I handwash for this reason as well)

I blot or press dry them with an absorbent towel, reshape, then place them on a drying rack.

I hang them off the railing on the deck. Dry in an hour.

Sure. But also this is what soap is for. Which is very efficient at killing viruses. You can wash your own hands with cold water and soap, and it work the same as hot water and soap.

Me again. I also wash in the washing machine in a mesh bag. We keep one by the front door to collect the dirty masks as they come in the house.

Also, I've just accepted that we'll need to be replacing some as we go. We have a decent stash now, but I know the favorites will wear out and need to be replaced etc. I mix in higher quality ones with cheaper ones for this reason.

I use a pants hanger like PP. I also hang them from all the doorknobs that are close to our laundry room. Usually they dry in a night and the next morning, I collect them all and put them back by the front door.

I use washer on delicates the dryer on the coolest setting. I don’t think you actually have to hand wash and air dry.

I wash them in the washing machine in a mesh delicates bag, then I use the pants hangers with the clips to dry them. I clip one on each clip and hang it on our hanging rack next to the w/d. They dry overnight for me.

I handwash & air dry them over the back of dinning chair with air conditioning on. It takes more than 1 night for them to be completely dry.

How do you air dry kid masks? I do not used dryer anymore because it shrinks them by a lot. We have a patio, but I am not sure if I should air dry them outdoor with sunlight. How to hang them up without wind blowing them away or dust getting on them?
