That's me, too. Low BP means my hands and feet especially are almost always cold/frosty. I love the heat and humidity of DC summers.

Always cold (and numbness often in fingers) since I lost a lot of weight, about 95 pounds. Feels like I'm writing a bad joke or something, it's annoying though.

I live in San Francisco. When I first moved here 15 yrs ago I would wear a peacoat and scarf and gloves in the "winter" around 40 degrees.

I havent't worn my peacoats in over a decade. I wear a light cardigan over a short-sleeve shirt if i'm cold. I never need anything more.

I'm always warm and I love cold weather. I think I only wore a jacket outside twice during last winter (single digit temps).

I used to always be cold, then hot flashes started at 38. I’ll start carrying a sweater or hooodie for 70 degree weather.

Cold mostly. I’ve already grabbed a sweatshirt for a couple of evening walks while others were wearing tanks and shorts.

But I also don’t do well outside in the sun when it’s hot and humid. I need shade. Warm indoor temps don’t bother me though.

In all seriousness, I also hate the heat in this area because the humidity makes it impossible to enjoy the heat because you are always sweating. I’m originally from out West where “it’s a dry heat.” It makes a huge difference. It also tends to cool off a lot more at night in arid climates, so you get more relief from the heat.

So I’m always hot in the summer here, but I’m also easily chilled and will have to wear a jacket when it dips below 70 unless I’m just sitting in direct sun. I prefer this to heat though because at least with cooler weather you can always thrown on a layer and feel comfortable, whereas you can’t escape the heat unless you go into air conditioning. I hate how much we run the air in the summer here but I’ve experimented with not running it and it’s too miserable.

Too much variability. Is it humid? Sunny? Windy? Am I moving or standing still?

I might have a thin extra layer 65 and lower, but it depends on the above.

I know that I only feel like I need to wear my warm, puffy winter jacket <10 days a year. The winters are just too mild here.

It needs to drop below 50F before I consider a coat or jacket.

I tend to run warm and my husband is the opposite. There are times when I leave the house in jeans and a long-sleeve and he's wearing a shirt and a hoodie with a thin coat. A normal person would be somewhere in between.

I’m always warm, I hate the heat and humidity, and can easily take off the coats once it’s 65 degrees out. My best friend is the opposite, and will wear a fur coat and leggings under pants when it’s 60 out.

I am eagerly waiting for the fall, when it usually 60-70 and can wear pretty much whatever.
