Same with me. Initially they waved it off, but it happened a few days later. Luckily they took it serious then, because I ended up delivering at 26 weeks.

No sex for more than a month so it can’t be that. It is more red than brown but not bright red. Should I call my OB’s office ahead of my appointment to give them the heads up so they can look at my records beforehand (I am seeing a new doctor in the practice today who I’ve never met) or should I just mention it when there?
I would call ahead to give them a head's up. It certainly can't hurt, and maybe it will help.
