Not really. It's necessary to learn vosotros if you want to actually use your Spanish in Spain - but it's not hard to learn if that happens

No, in Spain, they mostly say ustedes. Using vosotros will make you stand out as a non-native speaker. An intelligent, well-studied non-native speaker, but it's not necessary to learn in order to speak and understand fluent Spanish when in Spain
