Lmao 1) f.uck bryc pulling off a Loudoun $occer
2) you don’t pay. Simple as that.
3) small claims court and you win. Any decent lawyer will fight others to get your case
4) bad Rep is always welcomed here and any other social media or news outlets.
5) bryc is sentencing themselves to capital penalty
6) how/why are they so brain dead?

Agree. My kid is on an ODSL team and we opted not to play before ODSL decided not to host a season, but our understanding is that the NCSL teams are playing.

Leagues don't allow guest players. Only tournaments to the best of my knowledge and the club needs to allow the guest playing by giving your player card to the other team which sounds like they aren't willing to do.

OP, child is DS. The team voted, we voted we want to play, but the team isn’t in charge, the club is.

I guess clubs don't have to release their card. I would contact the VYSA and see. Otherwise, find an ECNL or NPL team to join as they are Club Soccer....Arlington, McLean, Villareal, Vienna, GFR, I don't know my NPL teams well....maybe Gunston also. Good luck.

Boys or girls?
What age group?
A little more background needed. Does the team want to join another club as a group?
How many are trying to leave?

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Did YOU vote in favor of not playing?

And if so, if you have no intention of playing in a league this year anyway why are you concerned about being release or not?

I read out contract - different club. It contemplates leagues being canceled, but there is nothing about a team not being placed in a league which is what's happening here. I can't imagine they'd hold you to a contract to not play.

no- if you're not on a team, I don't see how they can hold you to a contract. I'd find another club and dispute the charges to BRYC/explore small claims court
