Glen Echo's trad classes are currently restricted to age 18+, no kids, unfortunately.

But I really want the group element, the opportunity to "jam" with others, even in the restricted virtual format.

Glen echo has it in ordinary times. But maybe you could at least find their instructor through their course booklet?

Try the House of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park. If they aren't offering fiddle lessons now, I'm sure that someone there will know people who do.

Can anyone recommend a source for fiddle lessons? Small group preferred, but group + private lessons is fine too; at this point in the pandemic, presumably online.

Scottish fiddle preferred, Irish OK, bluegrass maybe an option.
