This statement is not at all true. Using different computers in different locations only slightly alters your google results.

This. You may or may not be able to get them removed but you can manipulate search results so that they don’t show up until page 3 or later.

That’s an interesting dilemma. I’ve dealt with getting photos removed, but it was directly related to the use of a minor’s photo. Let me tell you that it was a bear, but it can be done.

In my case, I had to work with the source of the photos and then the search engines, because even if the source deleted them, they still lived on the internet.

First step is finding out who is responsible for whatever is LINKING your name to photos of your sibling, because I don’t think the source of the photos can be addressed. So your first stop is Google. There are also companies that you can hire if you want to clean up, if this process gets complex. I’m not certain, however, is yours is a clear-cut issue in terms of privacy, though I’d certainly be interested in the outcome,

Federal mug shots are public domain. Everything else is subject to whatever legal protections apply to the jurisdiction.

I use my name professionally, it is very obscure. My sister’s mugshots come up immediately when you google my name. There are at least 20. Is there any way I can get these removed?
