The kids are either not wearing masks or barely wearing them at this age, and they're taking them off for meals anyway. And the adults are probably wearing masks 80-90% of the time, at best. Honestly, I wouldn't be bothered at all by seeing the teachers take the masks off outside, as it's the safest place for them to remove their masks and give themselves a break. I would bet that they are better about wearing masks indoors when they can remove them for a while outside.
