Even Maeve is irish is Meabh. I think you can do the Irish names listed, but not with irish spelling.

No dumb American can pronounce these beautiful names by their spelling. Your daughter will spend her days in the US explaining her name, only to have it mangled and kids will laugh at her. Just name her Kathleen.

We are Irish but our baby will have dual citizenship. Chances are we’ll stay in the States until our child is in high school.

We love classic Gaelic names but worry about her American friends inability to pronounce them. So which Irish names can you all pronounce easily from the Gaelic spelling?
