+1. Go for it, OP. Your body will do the rest. There may not be a lot, but there are certainly some women who get successfully pg at 44 and of those who do the vast majority have healthy babies. Good luck! I was one of three with my little brother being much younger, and we're so happy he's part of our family.

If your partner is older then supplements might help him too. Keep the sperm moving! If it sits around more than a couple of days quality is poorer. Time sex, but have lots throughout the cycle too. Good luck!

Very unlikely to have a healthy pregnancy. You may get pregnant and miscarry or have chromosomal defects. Why risk it?

I am in your shoes, except a few months younger, 43.5. You could try a 50mg dose of Clomid to get a stronger ovulation or 2 eggs, if you are ok with the slightly higher risk of twins.

I had a baby at 43. Track ovulation, have sex during the EWCM time, maybe take some supplements--I forget the names, but easy enough to find the info. Some very basic bloodwork at the OB might be helpful.

I am 44yo with two kids 10 and 12. Never had trouble conceiving previously, but that was 10 years ago. Would like to try for the third - is it too late? IUD has been removed, would likely just see if we can make it happen naturally. If it doesn't happen would likely not pursue IVF.

Anything to try to increase chances naturally?
