Majority will not do it and we will simply do not play games in area that have mask rule.
Well let’s face it. If you play the majority of parents and kids will not follow the basic rules. Sick kids will play with full knowledge and support of their parents. Look at the Arlington coronavirus thread. Most of the Arlington players and parents are not checking temps before practice and games. Why? They just know better and see no need to check temps. They say it is stupid and does not work. Same with social distancing and wearing mask.
Let’s face it. The players and parents of the teams in two week quarantine are not mad at the players and parents who broke the rules. They are made at the rules and resulting quarantine. I bet the two week quarantine rule will be out the window very soon as clubs crack under pressure of the parents.
Well WTF isn’t the Club checking them?!?!!!
Our Club has been checking every player’s temp before any game or scrimmage...since May!!
They have to line up with masks distanced before taking the field and also have hands squirted with hand sanitizer.
It’s not rocket science and doesn’t take a lot of equipment.

Your kid shouldn’t be playing soccer.
Anonymous wrote:Hello. With the new laws in Bethesda do you think the Bethesda and DC teams will play with the VA despite the different mask policies? I am curious if there are kids playing with Covid or any reports on this. Our kid is new this year on a DC team and we are considering backing out if they play unmasked. Are other parents doing this?
