He still committed several felonies. Even if he is innocent of the homicide charge, he stlll will have to deal with the following.
Illegal use of a firearm. Both IL and WI law says you need to be 18 to use a firearm. In IL you need to be 21 to own a gun.
Illegal transportation of a weapon across state lines for a illegal purpose, e.g. for a minor to use.

He is guilty of a misdemeanor of violating curfew. He was actually warned by a passing officer and told to evacuate the area and he did not.

He is being tried as an adult, so those felonies will be charged, prosecuted and if found guilty (not sure how he can be innocent of those) and sentenced for those. There will be even more civil unrest if he does not do some prison time.

I just read what Mac Love posted. Among other things, in response to news about a transgender person prevailing in a court case for equal access, he said "Sick."

I'm the parent of a transgender young adult. My child is not "sick." Mac Love is sick.

I'm glad he's been fired. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

It absolutely does. He was in legitimate fear for his life. Someone was trying to kill him.
