I am able to get in now. I went to StudentVue and logged in as my child.

Then Parentvue and logged in as myself. Then went to Parent resources and clicked on MyMCPS classroom and was able to see everything.

I was mainly checking to see that the calendar was showing the zoom links for the classes because I was getting auto generated emails from teachers as they were scheduling their classrooms. The calendar menu has tabs on the right navigation bar with the name of the teacher and period/subject. You have to select all the tabs for their information to show on the main calendar. Very similar to Google Calendar. I actually like it very much. It was a bit confusing at first.

Works for me, just like it did before.

It doesn't work for me. My email address I used last year for myMCPS Classroom/Portal is somehow my secondary email address in Synergy. So, when I go to log in to myMCPS Classroom, I just get an error that says my email address doesn't have an account. And I can't change my primary email address in Synergy. There is no place to login/enter my correct email address for myMCPS Classroom. So much fun.

Yes, Synergy and ParentVUE are the same. Weird. Have you tried a different browser or logging out and closing the browser and then logging back in? I saw that advice earlier.

It seems that I can get there if I access Parentvue in the browser, but not through the app.

Still not working for my trying to access through the link in the Parentvue app. I keep getting an error "you must be logged into Synergy to access this page". But isn't ParentVue the same as Synergy so I am already logged on if I'm accessing the link from there?

OP here. It's working for me this morning. Log on to ParentVue, then follow the link to MyMCPS classroom under Parent Resources.

Honestly I am not even going to try until I hear on DCUM that ParentVue is working perfectly!

OP here - thanks for posting this. I assumed it was being worked on, but glad to know they are aware of it.

I can't get in either.

I will say that until today I didn't get the large red type that said that they didn't have an account for me, listing my account name... it used to just say there was an error. So maybe that is some form of progress?

Is anybody able to access MyMCPS classroom, either through the ParentVue link or elsewhere? I used to be able to log in, but the login page (classroom.mcpsmd.org) now says you have to go through ParentVue. When I go to ParentVue, I can find a link to MyMCPS classroom under Parent Resources, but then I get an error message that Canvas doesn't have an account for me (not true, unless things have changed this week). Is it working for anybody else, or is there another way to log in to Canvas? I sent a message to MCPS about it, but thought I'd ask here, too.
