Do the Feds have jurisdiction over all federal Hatch Act violations?
And thus will it be Biden’s AG / DOJ that does the prosecutions, or were there also DC crimes?
In particular, I’m interested to know whether there are corruption or bribery or other charges that would be DC / MD / VA state crimes.
Nixon’s attorney general went to jail for conspiracy, about a hundred people from the Nixon White House went to jail, and almost none could find jobs afterwards.
This is gonna be a legal tsunami in 2021. I hope some DC laws were violated and Racine can get involved in the criminal prosecutions.
