I highly recommend Goldfish. I've put 3 kids through it and they all came out swimming with good form, and loving it. My friend did Tom Dolan and it took her daughter a LOOOOONG time to start swimming independently. But of course, maybe that's just her experience.

Just do tom Dolan.

The facilities at Goldfish are a million times nicer than Kids First. KF is small and dark and there aren't many changing rooms. Goldfish is big and bright. We only did baby classes at KF and everything since then at Goldfish, so I can't speak to the instruction (but we've been very happy with the teachers at Goldfish - though haven't been back since the shutdown).

Anybody done both? What are main differences?

Kinda questioning how long Kids First waits before teaching rotary breathing.
