You’re right. I feel so bad for them. I spend all my time on Words With Friends and never have time to talk to them. I hope they found the Lucky Charms for their dinner tonight

I thought this question was going to be about cheating! Sucks all the fun out of it.

My mom started a game with the mom of my high school boyfriend after we all ran into each other at a wedding. I don’t think she had ever met the woman before!

DCUM is not representative of the rest of the world.

I wouldn’t take it personally. Words with Friends is a distraction for most people. They probably got busy with something else, or they got bored with that particular game. I abandon games all the time.

Is there an etiquette to who you can start games with on Words With Friends? I'm relatively new to it (although I've played other word games for years) and I started games with a couple of good friends of mine, but then wanted some more games to play and started games with a couple of people who I've known over the years through school and the kids. I mostly interact with these parents on Facebook where we occasionally comment on each other's posts, but nothing too much outside of that now. We're all part of the larger social group through school where we all know each other through the kids.

These two friends basically stopped playing with me after either a few moves or a few games, but I can see that they've still been playing other games. Should I not have started games with them? Do you only just start games with your good friends or total strangers if you want some more games? Judging from their stats we're pretty compatible in terms of skill. Did I goof?
