Regret management. I would have removed to avoid "what ifs".

RE wouldn't do transfer without having the polyp removed. Easy procedure. Got pregnant with 1st transfer. Polyp was small, but not out of the way like yours.

Having had a pregnancy with random (/anxiety producing) bleeding, I'd get it removed if for nothing other than you won't have to wonder "is there a problem or is it just the polyp?"

I had a polyp removed under general anesthesia, but many doctors do the procedure in their office. It was the easiest outpatient procedure and recovery I've ever had.

Good luck!

it doesn't seem to be in a location causing an issue, i'm averse to unneccessary procedures

I had mine removed and after two years of infertility got pregnant without further intervention in two months. Procedure was outpatient and like a heavy period afterwards. Mine was blocking a Fallopian tube ( but not both). Why would you not remove it?

Just had a saline sonogram, and they found a small polyp. It isn't in the main location of the uterus, but closer to the cervix and quite small. Has anyone chosen not to remove and had a successful pregnancy?
