For men, it's more about charisma. Think of the average looking men who snag much more attractive women, like Kelly Loeffler's husband. Or Mick Jagger.

Yep! They like themselves some troll like women. They date model types for a while until they find one who absorbs food with her eyes but gives them the attention they require.

I'm an average looking guy who was friends with a very handsome guy in college and for a few years after. While he wasn't propositioned as much as beautiful women (women don't tend to approach guys nearly as much as vice versa), he did get hit on and propositioned far more than us average looking guys did.

Oh yes and many do not take no for an answer.

DH does not. But he doesn't flirt and doesn't present himself as available. He had someone at his old firm ask him out and he told them "I'm very flattered but even more married."

I think you have to be model quality handsome to get that kind of attention.

Do you get asked out or propositioned frequently? I know beautiful women do, and I wanted to know if handsome men do too. Reason is I just started dating a man a year younger than me who is very handsome, nice, physically active, and a software engineer (a little shy). It seems like he must have more options than an average looking woman like myself, so I’m a bit self conscious.
