Check out German Auto Works in Rockville or Wheaton Service Center in Wheaton (exclusively VW) - I prefer Wheaton Service Center.

We have a VW GTI that needs some servicing. I’ve taken it to the Ourisman VW service center in Bethesda for the past few years, but am tired of (a) then saying they fixed a problem when it’s clear they’ve never even looked at it, (b) constant upselling, and (c) all around terrible service. I would give them -1 out of 5 stars if possible.

Are there any decent shops within 20-30 min of CCDC that can service VW cars? Thanks in advance.
