Yes, so you aren’t catching stuff in the mask. Imagine walking outside, leaves and pollen are drifting down from the trees, you don’t want them lodged in your mask. That’s how I help myself remember the right way to put them on.

I don't think it matters, as long as the fit is the same. However, I would recommend getting those stick on nose wires - they really do make the mask much more comfortable and better fitting.
I actually just bought some of these -- do you put them on the inside or the outside of the mask?

I don't think it matters, as long as the fit is the same. However, I would recommend getting those stick on nose wires - they really do make the mask much more comfortable and better fitting.
Where do you get stick on nose wire? Link, please. Can I throw them in laundry machine to wash with stick on nose wire?
