We’ve had a Gizmo for almost two years. Never had an issue charging it.

Yes. It's kind of a crappy device. Once your kid is old enough, either get a flip phone or a smartphone with all the cool stuff deactivated.

Yes very finicky to charge. You need to make sure the pins are aligned or it won’t charge at all.

WTF is wrong with this device! Sometimes it charges, and sometimes it just won't. Help! Techniques?
