I eat a lot of nuts. They fill me up for hours.

You can use oat flour instead of almond flour if you want to cut back a bit on nuts. I switched to oat flour and while it takes a bit of playing around with, it works pretty well now.

I make it myself - I just grind up oats!

nuts can aggravate digestive issues. i had a bout of diverticulitis that my dr thinks was precipitated by eating pistachios (salt and pepper from Trader Joe’s, so good). I watch my nut intake now and haven’t had a problem since. A great and filling snack for sure!

Interesting, I’ve only heard of nuts causing constipation.

I do wonder about almond flour because isn’t eating a large almond flour almond butter baked good like eating dozens and dozens of almonds at once?

I've cut way down on meat/dairy and sweet treats because they don't agree with stomach. I tried whole wheat products, but they don't seem to make me feel good either. But now I find myself baking with almond flour and coconut flour, eating a lot of almond/cashew/peanut butter...

In short, I'm eating a LOT more nuts and nut products that I would have when I was eating dairy and white flour. Does anyone know if theres a problem with this - is eating nut butter and almond flour pretty much every day bad for you or hard on your digestive system?
