I would be curious as to what years you saw girls from other programs bc I haven’t heard of any middle school girls switching from my daughter’s team. You must mean you get girls.

So very hard to compare NL to Pride, Metro, MC Elite or Capital here in NoVA, and even harder to compare with the Baltimore metro clubs like M&D, Skywalkers, etc. At the end of the day it really depends on what your DD goals are. If its fun and convenient for your family, then you should stick with NL, but if its to play at varsity in high school and develop into a college prospect, convenience becomes secondary and its more about the training and tournaments where she can show. NL can't claim to have that sort of pedigree, but that doesn't mean its a bad club. Just maybe not the right club for those in the market for the other.
