How does it seem uneven?

Kids who don’t get fluoride on their teeth develop brown spots that aren’t cavities, but it’s raised, not pitted.

Definitely worth going in for, absolutely nothing you can do until you can be seen.

You don’t need to do anything until you can get in for an appointment.

Doesn’t appear to be in pain but I notice a white spot with a brown spot in the center of it. Tooth feels uneven and not smooth. We have our next check up in October which was the soonest they had, and they are closed for the weekend. Does this sound like a cavity? What can we do in the meantime until I call on Monday morning?
