Interesting, yeah, it's too bad - she's definitely well-informed, to her credit. Did you find someone else?

I probably need someone who can put me at ease in addition to knowing what they're doing.

I ended up at Body Connect. My favorite therapist there left, but of all the therapists I saw I felt they were the best.

OK, thanks, any idea where your PT landed or could you share the name?

Thanks, I've been to her before. I do think she's extremely professional and very well-informed, but for me, personally, I had a hard time relaxing around her. Bummer, and I'm sure many people don't have my reaction.

I am seeing Reshma at Restore Motion. She was recommended by my doctor and most people in the Facebook groups recommend her. This is in North Bethesda.

I loved the women at Body Connect. I've seen all of them there (I had intense symphysis pubis dysfunction while pregnant with my first) and they were all so kind, helpful and professional. I saw them for several months after my DD was born and they completely helped bring my pelvic floor back to how it was pre-pregnancy. Highly recommend. https://bodyconnecthw.com/services/
