It actually less about not wanting Latinos to play and more about those who play while not respecting the protocols. I have seen various pick-up games and other soccer activities where people don't follow the protocol before, during and after games and it includes everyone.

The Montgomery County order specifically calls out Soccer as an exception to the State Return To Play guidelines and states that it is categorized as high risk in Montgomery County.
